The Maricopa Board of Supervisors refused to comply with legislative subpoenas with a 4-1 vote, to turn over Dominion voting machines for a forensic audit. Instead, they will be filing a complaint in Superior Court, as a response.

Earlier this week, the Arizona Senate Judiciary issued the said subpoenas as requested by the Trump campaign, who had claimed there were voting machine irregularities during the 2020 elections to favor Democratic Joe Biden.

“The goal is to verify the machines did what they are supposed to do,” Senate President Karen Fann said.

The subpoenas had set a deadline of 5 p.m. Friday.

“If Trump doesn’t act now before they destroy all the evidence, we might as well all throw in the towel.” – @brobans999

“If the election was legit then why be against an audit??” – @JamesSteele_

“It’s because these machines keep failing audits. They’re so busted and they are desperately trying to keep from going to prison or worse.”@libertymoonman

“What are they hiding??”@TheLazeeHusband

“If the count was all legit what do they have to hide? This is another example of why we cannot believe the results of this election are fair, accurate and legit. Biden will forever be considered an illegitimate president unless they allow the audits to be done correctly”@OCDeadHead

“The RED state of Arizona has been infiltrated by TRAITORS, like @dougducey, and is stalling, hoping to keep the will of Arizona voters from being executed. It is my hope that the Governor is removed in cuffs. I voted for him, but now I vote for his arrest.” – @NathanialMacLe5
